Katie Discusses the Open Mind

When taking inquiry about our lives, it is imperative that we have an open mind. Byron Katie shares openly about the mind-heart relationship. She says, “An open mind is an honest mind. It doesn’t pretend to be spiritual ahead of itself in its own revolution. It doesn’t push itself using ego to determine what is true or not true.” Katie claims if your mind is open, your heart will therefore be open too.
